Professional Background: Dan brings practical experience in running teams, improving day-to-day operations, using technology to make work easier, managing money and resources, and helping organizations grow. He has led projects to improve how work gets done, introduced better software tools, and helped increase efficiency and profitability. He also started and ran his own small business, giving him firsthand experience with planning, financing, customer service, and the daily challenges of business ownership. Dan’s leadership experience also includes eight years of full-time service in the Maine Army National Guard, where he built strong skills in training, planning, problem-solving, accountability, and keeping teams prepared.

Fun Fact: Dan is an active member of his community who seldom misses a chance to enjoy the great outdoors with his family. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, or capturing special moments through photography, he’s always up for an adventure!
