Professional Background: Marina previously worked in human resources and recruiting operations at a 3D software engineering company, specializing in process optimization through technology and data. She has extensive experience with system/database operations and supporting the people who use them.
Fun Fact: Growing up in a bicultural home, Marina has roots in Tokyo, Japan and Farmington, Maine. Her father’s family in Tokyo ran a small construction business for many generations and she also has fond memories of helping her grandmother at their family’s “Izakaya” (pub).
