Professional Background:  Prior to joining the SBDC, Raynor worked for a small local firm and used financial modeling to help small business owners through a wide variety of situations – transitions of ownership (both internal & external), entrepreneurial startups, bankruptcy (restructuring & liquidation), court-appointed receiverships, explosive growth opportunities, acquisitions, refinancing, turnaround, and more. He also maintained an active real estate license, practicing commercial real estate and business brokerage in the State of Maine. 

Education:  Gettysburg College, PA.
