This workshop will focus on the importance of customer service and provide useful tips for enhancing your customer service skills. We will start by discussing what customer service is and why offering good customer service is important. Then we will walk through a customer experience exploring ways to improve the quality of service we offer to our customers including how to set, manage, and exceed customer expectations.
