Maine Patent Program
Our mission is to support economic development by helping Maine inventors and small businesses understand how to identify and protect their intellectual property. We are a resource for information and education on the patent process and other means of intellectual property protection. We are here to help you learn what needs to be done to obtain and maintain legal rights in your ideas, if possible, and to provide assistance with the patent process to those who qualify.
Maine Technology Institute
The Maine Technology Institute (MTI) is a private, non-profit corporation that offers early-stage capital and commercialization assistance for the research and development of technologies that create new products, processes and services, generating high-quality jobs across Maine.
